The existence of large organisations and high-power structure institution’s existence could be threatened by the potentials of block chain technology. She has also authored books and monographs published from CRC Press and Wiley. She holds 5 copyrights in Investment Banking to her credit. She has certifications in Microsoft Azure and Elsevier Research Article Writer.

Hariharan R

He is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Business and Management Christ (Deemed to be University), YPR campus, Bangalore. He has 7 years of teaching and 10 years of research experience. He holds Ph.D degree in Finance (Banking Technology) from Department of Banking Technology, Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry. He has published almost 32 research papers include in Scopus, Web of science, Thomas Returners, UGC care list and peer viewed Journals. He has authored 8 books and 7 chapters in edited volume books in International and National publishers. He also holds 3 copy rights from Indian Copyright office, India and Filed one Patent in India Patent office. He has done his certification from Microsoft on Certified Business Management Specialist, module (finance & warehouse) and NSE on Financial Markets in AMFI (Mutual Fund Advisor) module of NCFM. He is guiding for four Ph.D. scholar in the area of banking, entrepreneur and Human Resource. He has been resource person and delivered guest lecturer for MBA Schools and Universities on topic of Data Analysis using Excel and other statistical software. His area of interest is Finance, Banking, Enterprise Resource Planning, Analytics, Information Technology and Statistical Packages.

Shivakami Rajan

She is an educator, homemaker and author. She grew up in the Bengaluru City of Karnataka State, India where she completed her graduation in Commerce from Mount Carmel College, an Autonomous Institution under Bengaluru University, India. She spent her initial years after her graduation in the accounting and finance vertical in small and medium business enterprises when she realized that supply chain management activities are where functional challenges could be harnessed and consequently began networking among suppliers, and services agents. Moving further into the stocking-material management vertical, she decided to take up a course in material management to understand the nuances of material and stock-keeping concepts. Branching out to the world of logistics, she managed key accounts in third-party logistics vertical- configured hub-spoke model of deliveries pan-India and five Asian countries. During the course of her career in the supply chain industry, she completed her master's in information technology and training in material management in SAP which helped her during the corporate transition from their legacy system to the ERP system. She currently is an educator and spends her time in research, books and cooking. She has a loving husband and two young lovely teenage children whom she adores.
